The Lilongwe City Council through the Public Private Partnership Commission (PPPC), an institution that is legally mandated by the PPP Act to facilitate public-private partnership arrangements in Malawi, is inviting proposals for the development and management of Lilongwe International Bus Terminal through a PPP Framework.
