The Government of Malawi is seeking strategic partners who, while maintaining the current mission of PVHES, will inject additional capital into the company, provide additional expertise in plant hire and engineering services and improve its efficiency and put its operations on a sound commercial basis. Ensuring PVHES’s operational autonomy (and hence, greater scope for sustainability) is another important objective in its transaction.

Expressions of Interest clearly marked “Expression of Interest for the Appointment of a Consultant to Advise on the Restructuring and Private Sector Participation of the Plant and Vehicle Hiring and Engineering Services (PVHES)” must be sent by electronic transmission or through hard copies and if hard copies are submitted consultants are advised to submit four (4) copies. Expressions of Interest must be sent or delivered to the address below by 2:00pm local time on 19th December, 2022.
