Judith Mponda joined the Public Private Partnership Commission (then Privatisation Commission) in November 2001. An Accountant by profession, she is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) UK and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (ESAMI). 

Ms. Mponda has accumulated over 14 years of experience in accounting, taxation, budgeting, treasury operations, financial management, and in designing & implementation of internal controls. She currently heads the Finance and Administration Departments, successfully delivering clean audit reports for the Commission before the statutory deadline for several years.
